Hey guys!

So as you can tell, I'm a newbie to DA!

We're currently using quite an old Canon EOS 300D Digital (I have no idea what that means at all!)

I really want to maybe save up some money and get a new camera so I was wondering if anyone had any wise words of wisdom for me?

Also, so far  I've done the editing myself and I really enjoy it. I'm currently using PhotoScape which is free to download as I didn't want to invest in something that I would regret. Has anyone used this before and do they have any hints? If not do you have another software that you could suggest that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
